Thanks for writing in. The operator's body reminds me of older versions of our 39-036, but your arm looks pretty bent up and out of shape, so it's hard to tell. I'd compare with an undamaged version, if available, to confirm. For new stud brackets, see the 39-509 or 39-310, though the 39-524 is also possible depending on how your old bracket was originally mounted.
