Crank arm is 4 1/2" long from the end to the ouside elbow. The end plastic swivel is worn out and will not stay in slide that is attached to the window. I need to order 2 cranks please.

Thanks for posting. See the 39-464 6" Straight Arm Operator. Compare with your old operator and see if this matches up. Note the straight arm measurements starts at the center of the gear.
