Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 38-144 non-handed sash lock to yours. Thanks for posting!

The width of 38144 is identical; but the height of my example is 4". So 38144 isn't an exact match.

I suspect that this might be an older-style truth Truth lock that may no longer be available. I believe that seeing if you could adapt the 38-144 sash lock that Casey recommended, as well as the 38-276 and 38-277 keepers, would be our best replacement option.
