Looking for the vinyl latch part that is broken on left hand latch when looking at casement windows from inside.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid that vinyl part is not available by itself. If it has broken, you'll need an all new lock.

Based on your photos, I recommend our 38-144. This should work well for your window. If you also need a new keeper, see our 38-276.
