Truth casement window cover and handle needed

Thanks for posting. It appears the worm gear has fallen out of the operator. When this happens, I'm afraid this means the entire casement operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We can help you do this. We just need to see a picture of the entire operator, including the link arm(s), either out of the window or at least with the window open. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like either the 39-031 & 39-032, or the 39-155 & 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, so carefully compare both sets with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a new cover and handle, see our 39-114L and 39-107.
