Help! Need crank arms for my casement windows. Can you help! See markings in pictures.

It looks like your photos are focusing on the hinge, which is separate from the crank operator. Can you confirm that this is what you need?

If so, I recommend the 36-048. This should work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.

What would be the operator I would use to replace them as well?

I'm not as sure about that. One possibility is our 39-315, but I recommend carefully comparing the pictures and measurements we show on the 39-315 store page to your own part to confirm that they match up.
