Truth closer

Good afternoon. I am trying to replace this casement window closer. Something in the mechanism is stripped and the crank will not close the window. Looks like the window brand was Windsor. Two components have Truth stamped on them. The sash is 18 3/8" wide by 38" tall.

At first glance, your operator appears to look like a single arm casement operator. However, I can't tell the length of the arm in this photo alone. That said, start with taking a look at our 39-028E operator and let us know if your measurements match up with ours. If your measurements are different, get back to us with that information and we will continue to search for other options.

Hi Dave!
Thanks for the info. I will attach an additional pic. I believe it's the 39-028. All the measurements look right and the "handing" looks right as well.
Could you confirm that?

Yep, the 39-028 is a good match. Keep in mind, however, that this is an older style that is no longer made. Our stock is limited for this product and the opposite side isn't even around anymore. That's why I recommended the 39-028E, which is a modern version and paired with the 39-027E. It may be worth considering if the limited nature of the 39-028 will be a problem for you.
