We'd be happy to look into this but we would need to see the bearing at the end of the operator's arm that attaches it to the sash. That will allow us to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. We are currently researching this for you to determine if we can bring in a similar operator to our 39-023 with the 7-1/2" arm that you need. We'll get back to you early next week when more information is available. We appreciate your patience.
