Hello I need the whole part that sits on window sill and the parts that attach to the window and the crank.

See our 39-317 and 39-318 Split-Arm Operators to start. These have a very similar design, but look at the dimensions to make sure they match up. For a handle, see the 39-205. For the Stud Brackets, see the 39-560 and 39-561. If you need a new hinge set, consider the 36-048.
