Truth dual-arm operator bracket replacement

Question

Hello,
I have a casement window which has Truth 30744A labelled on one of the arms. Looking through your inventory, it looks closest to the Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount (39-253RB).
When turning the crank to close the window, the dark gear rises (shown by red arrow) and loses contact with the other gear. It looks like the bracket that sits on top of the operator is supposed to keep it in place, but it appears damaged and doesn't stop the gear from rising. Is this a part that you sell? It does not appear in the pictures of 39-253RB.

Thanks for your post! It sounds like the gear in the window operator has become damaged and/or stripped. Are you certain the piece you are pointing to is a bracket? It appears to be part of the cover.

In regard to addressing the issue with the gear, you're going to need to replace the entire assembly. Be sure to take a look at the other compatible hardware in the related hardware to determine if they might need to be replaced as well.

If the track slider differs from the 39-529, you may need the 39-439B instead. Take a look at the video tutorial below for an explanation on the differences.
