Truth dyad operator with 4" swing arm

A quick learner from Andover, NJ says:
I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now. So i looked on your website to find the correct dimensions and i can not find 4". The old hardware is truth hardware. Do you have the same exact hardware i ordered with just a 4" (from hole to hole) swing arm?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a version of the 39-171 and 39-172 with arms in that size. Could you have our 39-317 and 39-318 instead? The main difference is the size and style of the link arm; for the 39-317 and 39-318, the link arm is 3-1/2" from hole-to-hole, and it is straight instead of offset.

If you are confident you have the offset arm of the 39-171 and 39-172, you can swap the arms by drilling them out, then installing the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014 rivet.
