Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks similar to either the 39-253RB and or the 39-439B. While these operators appear to be the same, there are some notable differences. You'll need to examine your operator in comparison to these to determine which is the correct replacement.
The handles sets compatible with both styles of this operator are parts 39-375 and 39-376, which are folding handles and covers as well as parts 39-451 and 39-452, which are non-folding.

I believe the piece you are searching for is the track slider attached to the window hinge. We do not sell that piece separately. So you'll need to replace the entire hinge.
Start with compare your hinge to part 36-048. Compare the dimensions to your existing hinges to determine if this will be a fit. Keep in mind, you will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time to ensure that these will be a match. These can be used for both the right and left side of the window.
