Truth part

Handy Person from Florida
I'm looking for what I believe would be a stud pivot arm. It's 7-1/4" on each of the flat parts. It's from a staneck window. I have a picture if it helps. I want to replace all of them on a dozen windows because they're all rusting and falling apart from being below the seal. Thanks for any help. Johnny

I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. A photo would definitely help in this case; you can upload it directly to this page for me to review.

Thanks! Looks like you need either a hinge or an operator, or both. For the hinge, I recommend our 36-048. This is likely going to be a little different compared to your original but it should still work as long as you replace both the top and bottom at the same time.

As for the operator, it will be either our 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the design of the slider at the end of the arm. I can see that slider in your photo but it's admittedly hard to make out, so instead of me guessing I recommend that you watch the video below for a clear and concise description of the difference between these two operators. You can then pick accordingly.
