Truth replacement part

A home owner from Delaware says:
This is Truth hardware for Marvin casement window. As shown in the pic, I need the cog that goes in the opening and then the crank handle fits on that.

A quick learner from Wilmington, DE says:
I'm told the splines are not sold separately and that I need a whole new "operator"? Can you tell me what I should buy to replace this one? Thank you, Pam

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Pam.

You're correct. It looks like your worm gear came out with your handle. That part can't be repaired or replaced so you'll need a new operator, as you mentioned. We can help but I'll need to see a picture of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

A quick learner from Wilmington, DE says:
Thanks Emily. Below are pics as per your request. Also, the width of the mechanism (operator) is 4 7/8".

Thanks, Pam! It appears you could have either our 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators, depending on the length of your link arm. Review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see which one matches up to your old assembly.

A quick learner from Wilmington, DE says:
OK, just to confirm, I'm going to order 39-031. Is this the correct direction and size based on the photo?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Yes, based on the photo in your initial post, the 39-031 appears to match what you have now since the gears are on the left side.

Dimensions for 39-031
