Truth winder broken

Question

Hi,

The window can open without problem, I need to crank with one hand and push in to help it close. This window opens towards the right. It says Truth Entry Guard 30841L.

Can you please tell me which Entry Guard I'd need for a window that opens to the right - 39-032 (I think?) or 39-031? (see first photo)

Are these all one size?

So you sell the drive worm by itself?

Hi there!

The worm gear can't be repaired or replaced so you'll need a new operator. The 39-031 is an option but so is the 39-155. The best match will depend on the length of the link arm as shown below.

You will also want to use the side the gears are on as a reference for the proper handed assembly.
