Our 2 Truth window crank apparatus no longer crank smoothly and we would like to replace them. They are about 25 years old.

Thanks for your post! This window operator reminds me of the 39-239B and 39-239C (stainless steel) Encore Awning Operators. To confirm that this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

Both operators come with the detach clip attached to the end of the arms but the other compatible hardware and accessories are sold separately. They can be found tagged below this thread.
