Truth window crank

Home Owner from Washington
Hi there. I am trying to open this window. It is missing the spindle that attaches to the gear crank. Is this possible to replace? Thank you!

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. I will just need more information so I can narrow down your replacement options. Can you open the window and show us a clear bird's-eye-view of the operator's arms?

Hi. I can't open the window bc the handle is missing.

The number stamped on the arm of the operator has been associated with the 39-031 and 39-032 as well as the 39-155 and 39-156 but this is by no means a guarantee. I would need to see photos of the arms to confirm, unfortunately. You should be able to unlock the window and carefully push it open.

Great! The operators we discussed previously are definitely our best options based on what I see in these new photos. The important difference between them is the length of the link arm which isn't something we can eyeball from photos. With that said, you'll have to review the specifications for these parts to see which ones match up with your old operator.
