This part is from a truth window opening hardware set. The window opens but does not close because this part does not latch onto the parts that cranks. I believe this part got stripped due to lack of lubricant over the years.

We're happy to look into this. It sounds like you're looking for a new operator, is that right? If so, we'd like to see a photo with the window open so that the arms that move the window sash are fully visible.

Is it possible just to get this part? This part seems to be the reason the window does not close.

No, I'm afraid this part is machine pressed into the operator so it isn't sold by itself. You would need a new operator. We'd just need to see a photo of the assembly as requested above.

Thank you kindly! I recommend you have a look at the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators. One of these could be what you need depending on the size of the link arm. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
