Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 15-194 T-lock shoe resembles what you have here. If you're looking for the balance, I recommend our Series 795. You'll notice this comes with a shoe that's different from yours but you can swap it with the 15-194 which is sold separately. 

Another important detail to note is that the Series 795 uses a screw to install. However, please let me know if yours uses a hook! We'll still be able to help though it will just need to be a custom order.
