Trying to confirm correct replacement channel balances to order

Hello,

I am trying to order the correct replacement channel balances for my window. My townhome window is fairly large/heavy, but I can lift it myself... possibly 143cm by 95cm window size according to the manufacturers stamp. The original channel balance is stamped "27 5BSI 08" (see picture). If you could please help recommend the correct replacement part, then I will order them from Swisco. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two kinds of balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance's shoe in the same way to determine which of these matches what you need. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2750.
