Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Let me see if we can cover each part you need. 

Storm Door

Take a look at our 40-119. See if this matches with the dimensions of your old parts. Keep in mind you may have to reverse the latch bolt to match the swing on your door.

Tilt Latch

To help you with this, we need the distance between the very center of the two installation holes on your old latch. This will help us narrow down what you need.

Pivot Shoe/Spiral Balance

This looks like it might be our 15-046, but I really can't say for sure. Could you remove the pivot shoe and take a picture of it? Could you also provide the width and thickness of the shoe? 

Also, if you need your spiral balance replaced also, could you provide a picture of the tip as well as the length of the metal tube (not including the tip itself?). The diameter of the metal tube is also needed.
