Trying to find Wright Operator Replacement

we need a window crank that opens opposite of this photo. It needs to open to the left. We have ordered a 9"left ark and evidently it is not the right part. can we get one of these

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace this operator, but I can't reliably narrow down what you need without seeing your original operator removed from the window, with the link arm in full view. The length of the link arm itself would also be valuable for helping identify what you need. Many thanks.

This is in a customers house and not sure what that length is. Can you send one that swings to the left.

We have about half a million operators that swing to the left. I'm afraid more goes into identifying this kind of part than just its orientation. Without seeing yours out of the window, we cannot be 100% sure what you have. Too many important details are obscured. Just eyeballing your pictures, it could be a match for our 39-013, but I cannot be sure. Look it over and see what you think.
