Trying to find a part

A home owner from Coconut Creek, Fl. says:
My left channel rod of my window broke.
I would like to replace the channel rods.
I am including pictures. The Metal Channel is 18"
I am including pics so you could see the measurements.
Please help me picking what part should I order.

Hello there!

It looks like you have our Series 395 channel balance. Take a look and let me know if you agree. There should also be a stamp on your metal channel that indicates what spring strength option you will need for this balance.

Sadly, there is not one single mark in the channel.
Gladly, I took the window panel out and the other channel had the mark. It says: 17 1 BS Cadwell. Thank you very much Emily!!!! Have an awesome Day!!!!

Great! If the balance on the other side of the window is stamped "17 1" you'll need the 1710 spring strength option.
