Trying to find broken part

Thanks for posting. The 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe works with a few different pivot bars. This might be the 26-466, but without seeing an undamaged version this is just an educated guess. Compare with an undamaged version of your old hardware if available and let me know what you think.

Thanks for the photos. The pivot bar looks like it might be the 26-030. Review the dimensions below to confirm.

For the pivot shoe, again, see the 15-177. The coil springs are the Series 152, sold separately. You'll need to chose a spring weight for each replacement coil spring. This spring weight designates the weight each individual coil can support. Look for stamps on the coil spring that denote this. if there is no stamp, weigh the window sash. Give me that exact weight and I can work out for you. 

Finally, for the housing, see the newer style 15-143, 15-144, 15-145 components. These sandwich around each individual coil. Let me know if you have further questions.
