Trying to find replacement

Hello, we are inexperienced business owner. the door hinge on our business is broken. We are not sure if we need to replace both hinge and threshold. If needed, what is the model of the hinge?

I believe you just need to replace the pivot set on your door. Take a look at the 79-127, which is often used on Arch Aluminum doors. The video below may also be of help to you.
