Pretty sure windows were manufactured by SNE Enterprises Inc (Mosinee, WI) and they closed down years ago. I removed the jambliner and attached photos. Let me know if you have the parts and feel to call me if you have questions. Thanks.

Hi Owen,
The only part in your photos that we could replace would be the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe. If you need a new jamb liner, unfortunately, we will not be able to help. In that case, I would recommend contacting a local millwork that can usually fabricate jamb liners for wood windows like yours.
