Windows are missing the balancers, also want shoes pivot arm, and sash levers. Will add more photos

It's a double hung window. Can't find any labels to determine the brand or manufacturer. The sashes weigh 14lbs each. Need the balancers and shoes.

Hello,

Your balance shoe resembles the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 mounting bracket. For a 14-pound sash, you would use one S180-7 coil spring on each side. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
