Trying to identify my windows so i can figure parts

Question

Hello, I have windows that were installed in late 90s. I am trying to figure out the parts/mechanism for those as well as who the manufacturer is.
I have pictures of some ares that have the following marking: EntryGard Truth, Del Mar Toronto, 31538.

The most important thing is who is the manufacturer and if I need parts replaced, how do I get those or figure out which parts I need and how to get them.

Hi, Marina.

It's hard to make out the details of your operator's arm, but the "31538" number is often associated with our 39-031 & 39-032 and the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see which ones match up to your original assembly. If you need to know who made your window, we suggest checking around the inside of the frame for a 'metallic AAMA' sticker. If we can see that, it may just tell us who the manufacturer is.
