Trying to identify some window balances

Question

Hi I'm trying to identify some window balances. I watched the video online and I hope I got all the angles covered. The sash that needs these weighs about 25.2lbs. The markings on both balances say "19 9 BV CMC 2". Both are 20 inches long not including the plastic parts at the end. The width is 1/2 inch.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-20, S385-20, or S378-20 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
