Need to replace one of these that broke and probably buy a few extra if I can find them.

Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-104 Friction Shoe. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you. Keep in mind that if you need to replace this entire balance system, you will need all new jambliners; we do not sell these, but a local mill work company should be able to set you up with what you need.
