parts to replace broken coil balance

Question

Hello, i can't figure out what brand of window i have and what part numbers i need to replace the broken pieces. Please let me know if anything in the attached photos gives you an idea of what brand and part numbers i need for replacement.

Hello,

I can't be sure with your hardware still installed but would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe to yours removed from the window. If it's a match, this show is used with either the Series 160 or Series 165 coil springs, along with the hardware shown under the related items section of our product pages.
