I am looking for some window tube springs as string has broken on parts lost .

We may be able to help replace this, but we will have to see more of the balance. There should be a shoe or clip at the bottom that attaches to the sash. I'd also like to see how it attaches to the window at the top. Once we can see that hardware, we can recommend a match. Thanks!

Thank you! I recommend looking at our Series 770 channel balance, this looks like a good match. I recommend measuring the metal channel to determine the correct length and weighing your sash on a scale to determine the correct strength rating.

As for the pivot shoe, start with our 15-129. This seems similar in design, and is meant to be used with the Series 770, but you should compare our dimensions to yours just to be sure they match up.
