Twin Seal window channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't ID your hardware from this information alone. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window? We'd specifically like to see close up photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the related video. May we also see the stamp printed on the metal channel?

Great, thank you! This is an old-style balance that the Series 795 can replace if the spring diameter is 1/2". The video below will go over all the details you'll need.
