Twist Lock

Hi, I have these balancer twist locks that I am having trouble replacing. I don't know the manufactuer, and the parts pictures and drawings don't look exactly like this one. The balancer has a slot that the window tab tilts into. The slot opens to the twist lock when the lock is locked in place. This is the only piuc I have without taking the balancer apart. Let me know if you can help.
