Hello,
I'm a handyman trying to solve a problem with a client's sliding glass door lock.
The multi-point lock does not engage with the latch plate side of the door. It appears that perhaps a part is missing that holds the hooks? The second picture shows the area where the hooks are supposed to engage a striker/keeper . There are two holes as you can see in the photo one at top, one at bottom. I measured approximately 4 3/4 inches between those two holes. Thank you so much for any help!

Ps. the width of the area with the two holes on the striker/keeper side is 5/8". Thank you!

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. The mortise lock reminds me of something like the 82-238 and 82-268B. However, I'm afraid we do not sell a replacement for the keeper on the other door. Your best bet might be to contact the original manufacturer of the door, whoever they may be. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
