We ordered parts S165-4 (Coil Balance) and 15-111 (Pivot Shoe) to repair a double hung window. We also need a coil balance cover and potentially a different coil balance. The broken coils seem to be thicker (1/2") than the one we purchased and the end slot is in a different place on the broken coils (not sure if that matters).
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for contacting SWISCO. Sorry to hear that your S165-4 was too thin. The 1/2" thickness is characteristic of the Series 160 Coil Balances, which otherwise have a similar tongue configuration. I suggest you give them a look. As for a cover, consider the 15-150D 1/2" Coil Double Support. It works with the 15-111 Shoe. Look it over and see what you think!
