Two windows in rental property

Question

I have two windows in a rental property that need work.  The first on is missing the right side hardware and the left side is pretty mangled looking.  The second window is missing the right side hardware and I've shown the left side.  I think it would be wise to replace all balance hardware on both units.  Please advise.

The support covering the coils appears to be the 15-205 Coil Triple Support. This is typically used with the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. You'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal to determine the best replacement.
