Window balance built in the year 2000

Question

Looking to repair my single hung tilt windows.   Most of the 14 windows have had the plastic clip at the top break do to age and sunlight.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the crossbow balance shown in your photos has been discontinued but as long as the spring has a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances. Thank you!
