Unbalanced Window - Need New Channel?

Question

First timer repairing an off-balanced window. I noticed that two of the plastic pulley wheels have cracked so the string falls to the side. The other channel is fine but I'm not sure if it's common to replace both at the same time.

Which shoe below matches yours? If you have the 1" shoe, choose S380-20. For a 1-3/32" shoe, you need S385-20. In either case, expect to use a 1930 option, which can be verified by removing and weighing the window sash.
