Unidentified Plastic Vent Stop Latch

I need a replacement vent stop for the double hung windows I have but don't have a part number. Its made of plastic & several of them are cracked/missing. The windows were made by Certainteed and installed by the previous homeowner.
Please see attached marked-up photo of the vent stop I'm looking for. If you have something close enough that would work, that would be fine.
