Uniframe balance

A home owner from Tacoma, Wa says:
I have a broken balancer on a living room window. The windows were installed many years before we bought the house. The only information I can find is the name Uniframe and the number stamped on the part is 25S33. The pictures are of all the parts that crumbled when I removed it. The metal channel is 26" in length, 9/16" wide, 1/2" deep and rounded on both ends.

Many thanks for your correspondence. You need our S770-26 tilt balance. Based on your balance's stamp code, we estimate your sash weight to be about 33 lbs; but I highly recommend you weigh your window sash to confirm this. If the exact weight is indeed 33 lbs, choose stamp option 26F for a sash weighing between 30 through 34 lbs.
