I think this balance has to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is a plain channel balance for a tilt window, but with a 62-105 hook at the end of the cord, which isn't a stock combination

Before we go any further, can you confirm the weight of the sash? I think we can use our Series 770 as a substitute by tying the 62-105 hook to the end of the cord, but this uses a very different spring rating system compared to yours. I want to make sure that the spring can carry the right amount of weight before we commit to a custom order.
