I know they're various balancers. This one is a fold out held in by a screw and little drum that tightness the end when opens. In need several. What can I do to get them fast to finalize the sale on my house? Thanks

Hello,

We believe the metal channel of your balance is 28" but please confirm. If so, our S795-28 tilt balance with a spring strength option of 28C should work as a replacement. Thank you!

Yes it will. Thanks I'm adding 2 more pics to show. Sorry if it's a repeat question but knowing unique is the brand that isn't made anymore helps understand. Also, watching your videos too. Awesome stuff!

Thank you, you're very kind to say so! I do think our Series 795 can replace this, yes. Yours is just an older style but everything else should match up. The only detail that may become an issue is how the balance installs at the top of the track; our Series 795 uses a screw tab by default. If yours uses a hook instead, let me know. I'd like to see a photo of the hole where the hook goes if we find ourselves in that situation.
