Can't seem to find any that match the plastic ending.

Hello, Shaun. Your bottom shoe is a very particular design. We don't sell an exact match but to be honest I would be surprised if anyone does anymore; it looks quite old.
My top pick would be our Series 795 channel balance. The design is different, but I don't think it's so different that it would be incompatible. Just note that our bottom T lock shoe is 1-1/4" wide, and that our balance installs at the top using a screw.
As long as those details match your original then I think this balance would work well as a replacement. Look it over and see what you think.
