Unique Balance 22B

Question

Hello, can you recommend a replacement for my 23" Unique Balance 22B window balance, please see attached picture? Also, what is the difference between a locking and non-locking pivot shoe, and do you have a replacement to recommend for use with my balance?

I need to replace my tilt latch as well, please see attached picture.

Hey, Peter. I'm confident we can replace this hardware for you. See our Series 770 channel balance, I think you'll find this is a close match. There are a couple different options for the shoe, but it would come down to its measurements; specifically, its width and thickness. Those are the two most important dimensions. Look at our 15-129 in the meantime and see if its measurements match your shoe's.

For the tilt latch, I'd like to know the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center. That will help us find the best match.
