Unique Balances

A home owner from USA says:
I have some Bonneville windows I installed for a customer about 12 years
ago and most of the balance systems are failing. They are labeled
Unique. The balance parts seem to be a plastic and not galvanized metal
as I find in your online catalog. Please see pictures and see if you can
help me out.

Thanks for posting, John. I'm afraid I cannot tell what balance Series you have based on these images alone. Please take a look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps shown in order to find the Series that best matches your own. If you cannot find your Series, then we will need to see a few pictures of the balances fully removed from the window.
A contractor from Albany New York says:
Some additional picture of the above.
Wood sash, exterior clad, 1 1/2" thick
Jam liners are 3 1/2" wide
Balances are vinyl, metal housing the counter balance is 5/16" wide
Pictures show metal stud on sash the engages balance
Pictures also show plastic and metal clip in balance that engages stud on sash

Thank you for the images. This looks like our Series 751 channel balance. Take a look and let me know if you agree.
