Unique balancer 19-D-40

Question

I am looking for replacement balancers for a single hung door, Unique 15-D-40, and 19-D-40.
I have some other pictures to help identify the balancer needed for replacement.

Please help me find which one of the balancer can work on this window as replacement.

Sure, I think we can help. The balance manufacturer who made this went out of business, but we can still custom make it for you. I'm thinking our Series 770 channel balance but with a 62-105 hook specially attached to the cord. Does that look good to you? For your two different balances, I would make you a S770-16 with the 62-105 hook and 16C option, and our S770-20 with the 62-105 and 20D option for the 15-D-40 and 19-D-40 balances, respectively.
