United window balance show, pivot bar parts

Hi,

I had a window made by united window. the model is about 20 years ago. the window can not hold up. I noticed the balance shoe was broken which the string is not disconnect from it. also the pivot bar is broken. Could you please advice the correct parts number for balance show, pivot bar, strings and spring.

Hello,

I can't be sure but your photos resemble the 15-129 or 15-135 pivot shoes. You would need to remove an intact part from the other side or an identical window to compare to the specifications below.

As for the pivot bar and balance assembly, we would need to see intact versions of both parts fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you.
