I want to know if you have a "universal joint with pole ring with a 3/8" spline" that would fit a pella window. I could only find the part # 39-336 that has an 11/32" spline.
The photos in the previous email are of the Pella crank that I am trying replace. I would like to replace the existing handle with a loop. A set of the windows are at 10 ft in height and I can not reach them to use the existing crank. I already have a pole with the hook that will fit into the loop style crank handle. I just need the universal joint and pole ring with a 3/8" spline.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a universal joint that is compatible with your Pella operator. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to Pella directly to see if they can recommend a solution for you.
