Universal Joint with ring, pole crank, hook

Question

We have a long reach across our 2nd story handrail to our awning windows made my Jeld-Wen.  I am hoping the universal joint, ring, pole crank with hook will be the solution.  Am I able to return the parts if they do not fit?

Hello! Your operator mechanism appears to be a Truth brand part, which means our 39-336 should be able to work for you since it has the same 11/32" hole spline that all Truth parts use.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a pole. I would recommend contacting a local hardware store for that.
